Jonathan Lloyd Russell Locklear of Trenton, Mich, son of the Rev. and Mrs. Rick Locklear of Trenton, Mich. The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Johnson of Wilson and Mr. and Mrs. L. Dewey Phelps of Norfolk, Va. The bridegroom is the grandson of the Rev. and Mrs. Lloyd Locklear of Woodhaven, Mich., and the Rev. and Mrs. Guy Owens of Wendell. The wedding will be Sept. 20 in Woodhaven, Mich.
