Karen Elizabeth Rouse of Greenville is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Welker Rouse of Lucama, who announce her engagement to David Bradley Mills of Greenville, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Ward Mills of Greenville. The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Richard Jernigan Sr. of Aulander, and Mrs. Allen Welker Rouse and the late Mr. Rouse of Lucama. The groom is the grandson of Mrs. Earl G. Riggs and the late Mr. Riggs of Marion and Mrs. James Ervin Mills and the late Mr. Mills of Greenville. A Nov. 14 wedding is planned at Memorial Baptist Church in Greenville.
