Boyette-Moore
Amy Nicole Moore and Daniel Ashley Boyette of Raleigh were married Sept. 19 in Greenville. The Rev. Alan Mace officiated at the 6 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Robert Moore of Wilson. She is the granddaughter of Marjorie Smith Moore and the late Leon Frank "Bud" Moore and Mr. and Mrs. William Jessie Windham, and the late Adell Walston Windham, all of Wilson. She graduated from Hunt High School and East Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in English. She received were master's of education degree at North Carolina State University and is an English teacher at Panther Creek High School.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ashley Mitchell Boyette of Wilson. He is the grandson of Hilda Lancaster Boyette and the late Ashley Boyette, and Gladys Patterson "Pat" Lowry and the late Roger Legrand Lowry, all of Wilson. He graduated from Beddingfield High School and East Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is employed by The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction as a business support analyst.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a candlelight ivory, strapless gown of Duponi silk. The bodice was piped with a beaded band of pearls and sequins and featured an embroidered pattern that followed the length of her semi-cathedral train.
For her headpiece, she wore an ivory, two-tier, fingertip veil with pencil ribbon edging.
She carried a hand-tied bouquet of white calla lilies and white roses
The bride's sister, Elizabeth Moore Berndt of Greenville, was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Ashley Green Bagley of Raleigh, Crystal Patterson Mixon of Washington, Shelly Jo Reathaford of Raleigh, Layce Liles Taylor of Sims and Katie Lorene Hennenlotter of Raleigh.
Avery Pedersen of Raleigh was the flower girl.
The groom's brother, Cameron Lee Boyette of Raleigh, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Scott Russell of Burlington, David Moore of Wilson, Christopher Burdick of Wilson, Matthew Buck of Wilson, and Joseph Barefoot of Raleigh.
Ring bearer of Martin Berndt Jr. of Greenville, nephew of the bride.
Hannah Hackett, cousin of the bride, shared an inspirational reading from a Native American meditation on marriage.
Joy Rollins and Christina Ethredge served as register attendants.
Program attendants were Blake Lantz and Emma Lantz.
Jessica Rackley directed the ceremony.
Wedding music was provided by soloist Raleigh Gregory Bame of Raleigh and harpists Dan and Kathy Sprau of Greenville.
Following the ceremony, a reception hosted by the bride's parents was held at Rock Springs Center.
Earlier in the day, a bridesmaids wedding brunch was held at Rock Springs Center-Jocky Club at noon, hosted by the bride and matron of honor.
On the eve of the wedding, the groom's parents entertained at a rehearsal dinner at Rock Springs Center.
Since their return from a honeymoon in Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple lives in Raleigh.

Nov. 8: An engagement party was hosted by friends and family at Napper Tandy's Irish Pub in Raleigh.
June 8: A bridal shower was given by Shelly Reathaford at her home in Raleigh.
June 28: A bridal shower was hosted by friends at the home of Ashley Green Bagley.
Aug. 1-3: A bachelorette weekend, was hosted by Elizabeth Berndt, sister of the bride, in Emerald Isle.
Aug. 16: A "His and Hers" shower was given by friends and family, at the bride's childhood home in Wilson.
Aug. 29: A bridesmaids' luncheon was hosted by the bride's aunt, Rachel Windham at the Wilson Country Club.
