All the flight winners qualify to advance to the tour finals at Hilton Head in November.
Rudolph took first place in the A flight. Three golfers tied for second place with a 77 and Tom Bailey beat Gary Mozingo and Ralph James in the tiebreaker.
The B flight was won by Tom Kubla, who edged out James Green.
Jim Pritchett captured the C flight with an 85.
