Wille-Gray

Alison Hubbard Gray of Baltimore, Md. and Michael Gerard Wille of Jarrettsville, Md. exchanged wedding vows June 7 in a 5:30 p.m. outdoor ceremony at the Wilson Country Club. The Rev. Philip R. Byrum officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Bowie Gray, V of Wilson. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Bowie Gray, IV of Wilson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jay Franklin Jones of Wilkesboro. She graduated from Greenfield School and received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Elon University. She is an auditor and certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Baltimore.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerard Frederick Wille, III of Jarrettsville. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Gerard Frederick Wille, Jr. of White Hall, Md., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bobby James Liggett, Sr. He graduated from Boys' Latin School and received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Elon University. He is employed by Ameriprise Financial as a financial adviser.

Escorted by her father, the bride chose for her wedding a soft white satin strapless gown fashioned with a sweetheart neckline with a satin ribbon encircling the waist. The slim, fluted A-line skirt was embellished with a wide border of Alencon lace and crystal beading that extended into a chapel train.

She wore her mother's wedding veil, a chapel-length mantilla of French rose needlepoint lace handsewn by Belgian nuns.

To complement her attire, the bride wore floral three-tiered diamond accented earrings given to her by the groom for their wedding. She also wore her paternal grandmother's diamond pendant.

She carried a bouquet of coral roses and green hydrangeas.

Maid of honor was Karen Renee Paul of Arlington, Va.

Bridesmaids were Sarah Elaine McKay of Winder, Ga, sister-in-law of the bride; Amber Cora Fitch Ambrose of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; Megan Hammock Winstead of Elm City; and Andrea Michelle Hoffenson of North Bethesda, Md.

They wore coral tea-length dresses and single-pearl necklaces that were a gift from the bride. They carried ivory bouquets with green hydrangeas.

Best man was the groom's brother, Matthew Gerard Wille.

Groomsmen were John Bowie Gray, VI of Winder; Patrick Joseph Kotras of Baltimore; Matthew Ryan Crews of Charlotte; Zac Adam Cohen of Baltimore; and Alexander Michael Josowitz of Baltimore.

Register attendants were Cassie Cosentino and Lindsey Morgan.

Cara Zuehlke directed the wedding.

Music for the ceremony was provided by pianist Mark Peterson, trumpeter Dr. William B. Boles, and violinist Anna Jane Murray. The Alabama Blues Brothers band played throughout the wedding reception.

Following the ceremony, an indoor reception was held at the Wilson Country Club. Hosts were the bride's parents.

On the eve of the ceremony, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the parents of the groom at the Wilson Country Club.

Following the rehearsal dinner, a party was held at the home of the bride's parents. Hosts were the groom's parents, the bride's parents, and friends of the bride.

On the day before the wedding, Mrs. Bowie Martin and Mrs. Bowie Martin, Jr. hosted a bridesmaids' luncheon at the Wilson Country Club.

Following their honeymoon in Miami and the Florida Keys, the couple will reside in Baltimore.
